For one night only on Thursday, June 18th, The Fountain Room, in collaboration with Old Forester Distillery, is hosting an exclusive evening of delectable dinner courses and enticing bourbon pairings for $100 a person. Beyond the temptation of an elegant feast, 25% of all proceeds will support the Dream Center of Indianapolis, a poverty non-profit dedicated to helping single mothers and families achieve stability.
Outside of the expertly prepared four-course dinner, an intimate night in one of America’s 50 Most Beautiful Restaurants transports you to the dining experience of your dreams. “A little different than what people are used to getting at the Fountain Room,” said Executive Chef Ricky Martinez, the prepared dinner takes on a laidback summer barbecue tone that’ll add variety to a typical meal spent with The Fountain Room. From the first course of burrata with delicately roasted peaches and hot honey to a final dish of rich, dark chocolate bread pudding and pecan ice cream, the glimpse of excellency provided at The Fountain Room is flawlessly balanced with a wide variety of Old Forester’s Kentucky Whiskey. Ranging from their 1897 Bottled-in-Bond whiskey to the Prohibition Style blend, each crafted cocktail will take you through the vivid history of Old Forester Distillery.
