28-year-old Ryan Schlegelmilch is an Indianapolis native. Seven years ago Ryan got his first kitchen job while in college; he really enjoyed the kitchen environment and the lifestyle, so he’s never looked back!

Out of all the cuisine Ryan has tasted in his life, his favorite dish is his grandma’s meatloaf. The best restaurant at which he’s ever eaten is Blackbird in Chicago.

Ryan hates to cook dried pasta, and his pantry staple is Sriracha.
