Sous Chef Billy Margrave currently works for Napolese Pizzeria by Patachou, Inc. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he has traveled and lived all over the Midwest. He graduated with a history degree before deciding to enroll in culinary school. He has always been in kitchens and he loves the stressful, fast paced atmosphere. He is married with a brand new 10-week-old son and four dogs.
