This new spot in Fishers, Indiana, is perhaps one of the most unique golf experiences in the country. As the tag suggests, Stick and Hack is “Perhaps the World’s greatest Indoor Golf Club,” and it’s right in our backyard.

Stick and Hack is a new indoor golf simulation space for playing and practicing golf with advanced simulators and technology.

I learned this weekend that a “stick” is a seasoned pro and a “hack” is, well, not. (Spoiler, I’m a hack.) Either way, this club is designed to bring people together for fun, connection, and a little friendly competition.

An Experience for Everyone

This place is perfect for family nights, date nights, practice nights, you name it.  Think of it as the ultimate “golf basement,” but with elevated technology, local eats, and everything you need for a memorable outing.

Stick and Hack also has private rentals for birthdays, customer appreciation gatherings, or even private golf leagues. My son is already asking to have his birthday there.

The club’s corporate memberships are cool too, offering businesses a unique way to entertain clients or reward employees.

Game Changing Technology

I think their state-of-the-art technology really sets them apart. They use Uneekor Launch Monitors and GP Pro overhead cameras and offer golfers real-time feedback with 25 data points and instant replays. You also have access to over 1,000 courses, including 40 replicas of the top 100 courses in the world. If you’re really into golf, this could be a game changer. It’s an immersive experience that’s as entertaining as it is effective.

And if all this means nothing to you, don’t worry. There are plenty of options to keep the fun going, like putt-putt and par-3 courses.

Local Eats and Top-Notch Service

What’s golf without good food? Stick and Hack partners with local restaurants like Greek’s Pizza, Parks Place Pub, and Four Day Ray. Their “golf caddies” will even deliver your order straight to your bay, so you don’t have to leave your bay. My kids thought this was so cool. Stick and Hack also serves up wine and draft beer- don’t worry, they’ve got you.

Rooted in Community

Stick and Hack’s owner, Adam Grubb, is a local entrepreneur who also owns Adam Grubb Media, and publishes Haven Magazine and Edible Indy Magazine. His partner Doug Fredback and managing partner Ryan Geltz are also local to Indy.

“We love the community and wanted a fun way to invest in it,” says Adam. They even tied the knot with local hockey team, Indy Fuel as their official indoor golf club. (Can’t wait to see how they partner for events!)

Golf leagues kick off this February, offering players a chance to compete for points and prizes on various nights throughout the week. And for those who want to go regularly, joining their loyalty program earns you points toward free bay time and other perks.

I don’t know about you, but I’m looking for allllllllllll the warm, fun activities this winter. This one is on repeat and my family isn’t mad about it.
