After closing the doors to their original location in early May, Stone Creek has officially reopened their doors in a brand new spot in Greenwood. As of May 20, Stone Creek Greenwood, part of the Cunningham Restaurant Group, is officially open at 1464 W Stones Crossing Road. The new location features a modern interior, expanded patio dining, and two private dining rooms for flexible event options. They’ve also expanded their menu, including a wide variety of wine pairings from their glass-encased wine room. Here’s what we’d recommend from their offerings:
1. Roasted Corn Flatbread (Top Pick)
If you’re a fan of street corn, this is your dream starter. The flatbread is light, slightly crisp, and loaded with flavor—thanks to the perfect combo of pickled red onions, cotija cheese, and a tangy lime crema. It’s bold, bright, and totally addicting. (VG)
2. Sweet Leaf Salad
Meet your new favorite summer salad. Fresh spinach and arugula get a sweet-and-savory upgrade with strawberries, pear, mint, and creamy goat cheese, all tied together with a zesty lemon poppy vinaigrette. (VG, GF)
3. Philly Cheesesteak
This one brings casual comfort with a gourmet twist. Think shaved ribeye, melty provolone, sautéed onions and peppers, and the real star—Stone Creek’s signature South Side Sauce. I don’t know what’s in that sauce, but it elevates everything.
4. Airline Chicken
A gluten-free dish that doesn’t compromise on flavor? Yes, please. The chicken is juicy and tender, but it’s the lemon-caper butter sauce that makes this a standout. Bright, buttery, and packed with flavor. (GF)
5. Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake
This one’s for the dessert lovers. It’s rich, but not too rich—and when it’s paired with hot fudge and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it turns into the most nostalgic, elevated sundae you’ve ever had.
