This seasonal cocktail is October in a glass. A few fragrant leaves of sage go a long way, muddled with sweet maple syrup before joined by bourbon and fresh apple cider. A splash of an unusual addition, apple cider vinegar, rounds out the drink and adds just enough acidity to keep you coming back for more. Pair with friends, and a crispy and fresh October afternoon.
