Nestled along Shelby Street in Fountain Square is West Fork Social House, a whiskey-forward cocktail and coffee bar. The Social House is a satellite location of the beloved West Fork Whiskey Co., a premier craft distillery based in Westfield, Indiana. A second location will open near 54th St. and College Ave. in Broad Ripple later this year.
The distillery is owned by brothers Blake Jones and Julian Jones, and their childhood friend, David McIntyre. The trio went into business together because they felt “Indiana needed some of their own bourbon brands to enjoy and not just drink whiskey from the states south of us.”
“Indiana has great corn, great water, great temperature fluctuations, which are three very key ingredients to making great bourbon,” says Blake Jones, co-founder of West Fork Whisky Co.

The Social House menu includes a variety of coffee, beers, craft cocktails, and more. There is no kitchen on-site, but they serve light bites courtesy of 4 Birds Bakery, and their Broad Ripple location will serve menu items from The Bulldog. The West Fork Social House interior boasts an industrial chic design, similar to that of their Westfield distillery, and offers bar, lounge, and table seating options.
You can visit West Fork Social House at 1233 Shelby St., Suite 125, Indianapolis, IN, 46203.
