Hamilton County is celebrating the 16th year of their Tenderloin Trail now through July 29. Over 50 Hamilton County restaurants are offering special deals and exclusive menu items as part of Tenderloin Tuesday. It’s easy to be spoiled for choice, so we’re rounding up 5 places to enjoy the quintessential Indiana tenderloin.
New to the Tenderloin Trail
BAR ELLIS | Noblesville, IN
Located in the heart of Noblesville, Bar Ellis is a newcomer to the trail this year after their opening in 2024. Try their house tenderloin on a toasted brioche bun for a bit of an elevated bar experience on the square. Enjoy any of their curated cocktails, like their Spicy Pomegranate Mule, from their outdoor dining area for a killer view of the Noblesville courthouse.
BIG HOFFA’S SMOKEHOUSE | Westfield, IN
Known for their flavor-packed barbeque, Big Hoffa’s Smokehouse is offering up a stacked sandwich for their first year on the Tenderloin Trail. Their standard menu features chicken sandwiches, pulled pork, and brisket, but the trail has brought a special addition to the menu. On Tuesdays this month, diners can enjoy their Pork Tenderloin Sandwich Special for $13.99 or add two sides for a total of $16.99.

SWAYZEE LOINZ | Carmel, IN
With a specialized focus on Indiana’s signature sandwich, Swayzee Loinz is an obvious choice for the hungry Hoosier. Showing your Hamilton County Tenderloin Trail passport will get you a 50% discount on tenderloin sandwiches and their tenderloin pizza.
Veterans on the Tenderloin Trail
C.R. HEROES | Fishers, IN
Kids eat free on Tuesdays at C.R. Heroes in Fishers. Their family-friendly atmosphere and wide menu make it a great choice for the kids. Their tenderloin sandwich comes as a classic “Hoosier Daddy” or the grilled tenderloin version, “Hoosier Mama”.
DOOLEY O’TOOLES | Carmel, IN
Home cooking meets pub grub in the heart of Carmel at Dooley O’Tooles. Although they’ve been a tried and true spot on the Tenderloin Trail for years now, they’ve sold as many as 400 tenderloins a day in 2025. Their meat is locally sourced by Joe’s Butcher Shop, just down the road in downtown Carmel.
