It’s time to put on your best Rory Gilmore sweater and head to these local Indy coffee shops for lattes that will make you feel like you’re in Stars Hollow on a perfect fall day.

There’s a chill in the air and the leaves are changing color, which can only mean one thing: it’s Gilmore Girls season. It’s time to pull out the fall decorations, grab a comfy throw blanket, turn on your favorite episode and find the perfect fall latte. Luckily, we’ve done that last part for you with our list of the top four fall lattes in Indianapolis that rival a cup of joe at Luke’s Diner.

Illumine’s Maple Vanilla Spice

Maple might be the new pumpkin. Rich and spicy maple is balanced by sweet vanilla and topped with freshly ground nutmeg, making Illumine’s Maple Vanilla Spice your next fall staple. Plus, the drink is made with oat milk, giving it a nice creamy, nutty taste.

Illumine’s full fall menu is chalked full of iconic fall flavors, including the Pumpkin Spice & Brown Sugar latte, made with the shop’s fan-favorite brown sugar syrup, and the Pumpkin Chocolate latte, inspired by the owner’s personal fall cookie recipe.

Indie Coffee Roasters’ Golden Crisp

Are you team apple or team pumpkin? Indie Coffee Roasters satisfies both sides of the aisle with its fall drink menu. Apple lovers can choose from The Golden Crisp, an apple caramel toffee latte, or The Chapple, a chai-based drink featuring brown butter, apple and cinnamon flavors.

Pumpkin fans: The Hazy Pumpkin does not disappoint. Pumpkin and hazelnut come together with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top, resulting in a fresh take on the tried-and-true pumpkin spice latte.

Quill’s Woodsman Latte

The Woodsman, a brown sugar and cinnamon latte, started as a seasonal drink a couple of years back but was so popular that it became a permanent item on the menu. This spice-forward, cinnamon goodness tastes like fall in a cup and will be a go-to all season (or year).

Also included in this year’s fall lineup at Quill’s are:

  • The Lantern: Quill’s take on a pumpkin spice latte
  • The Cardigan: a maple cardamom latte
  • The Orchard: Huber’s apple cider with salted bourbon caramel
  • The Campfire: toasted pecan latte

Breadworks at Broad Ripple’s Pumpkin Spice Latte

What is fall without a classic PSL? Breadworks might be known for its donuts, pastries and bread, but they also have signature lattes, other espresso-based drinks, drip coffee and breakfast foods. This season, they have a Pumpkin Spice Latte that tastes just like an elevated version of the beloved classic with a nice kick of warming spices. I paired mine with a maple donut for a true autumn pairing.

The seasonal menu also includes a pumpkin pie latte with caramel and vanilla and a caramel apple latte.
