Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
8 ounces of unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 ½ cups dark brown sugar
2 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup buttermilk (room temperature)
Vanilla Glaze:
1 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Spray bundt pan generously with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Sift all dry ingredients in separate bowl (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt).
3. Using a stand mixer, beat the unsalted butter and brown sugar until combined and light in color.
4. Add vanilla and one egg at a time, beating well after each until combined.
5. Add flour mixture and buttermilk, alternating, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
6. Pour in bundt pan, making sure the mixture is evenly distributed in the pan.
7. Bake for 30 minutes (depending on your oven it could take up to 45 minutes). I recommend checking every 2-3 minutes after the 30 minute mark to make sure you don’t overcook it. It is done when a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
8. Remove from the over and set on cooling rack to completely cool.
9. Once it is completely cool, remove from the bundt pan and pour your vanilla glaze over the bundt cake. Wait to make the glaze until you’re ready to serve.
